For the purpose of renegotiating the rent, both parties agreed on
2025/12/31 to extend the original lease term from 2024/01/01 to 2025/12/31
to the new lease term from 2024/01/01 to 2026/06/30.
It was further agreed that the new lease should take effect retroactively
from 2026/01/01.
The payments which had been paid should take effect retroactively and
adjusted starting from 2026/01/01.
Accordingly, the amount of right-of-use assets prior to 2026/06/30 has been
incorporated into the original lease.
Therefore,the amount of right-of-use assets of the new lease is calculated
only from 2026/07/01 to 2028/12/31.
