- The Company is committed to create an environment with human rights protection; comply with current labor laws and regulations, and human resource management policy and procedure; comply with the current labor laws and regulations; and also comply with the key international human rights standards, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work of International Labour Organization, UN Global Compact of the United Nationals; and eliminate abuses or non-compliance concerning human rights in order to ensure that members within the Company are treated with equality and dignity.
- The Company is committed to provide a working environment with dignity and safety to employees, guarantees equal career opportunities. We implement employment diversity, remuneration and promotion opportunity fairness, and ensure that employees are not subject any differential treatment or any form of discrimination due to gender, sexual orientation, race, age, marriage, language, believe, religion, political inclination, appearance, facial appearance, disability and other conditions applicable to regulatory protection or union member status. We aim to establish a working environment of dignity, equality, safety and harassment-free and without unfair treatment.
- The Company complies with relevant regulations, and through various preventive measures, we continue to improve the safety and health of the working environment. We are also committed to the reduction of occupational accident risk and prohibit any form of forced labor or child labor. We comply with the working hour requirements and leave system specified by the laws, in order to ensure the physical and mental health of employees.
- We respect employees to organize or to enroll in union recognized by the law in order to protect personal labor rights and interests. In addition, we also maintain proper channels for employees to express their opinions, thereby protecting and providing interests to employees, along with the promotion of harmonic labor–management relationship.
- Any personal data of job seekers and employees are protected in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act and relevant laws. Meanwhile, in order to enhance the Company’s personal information protection mechanism and eliminate any risk of loss, damage, unauthorized use or legal handling of personal information, we have developed the personal information security incident management mechanism to ensure in any personal information security incident, the measure will be taken to prevent any further damage.
- To protect all employees from any physical or mental harassment during performance of duties that results in mental and physical illness and to maintain gender equality in employment and personal dignity, the Company has announced and regularly promoted the statement of preventing workplace violence; adopted the “Measures of Prevention, Correction, Complaint and Punishment of Sexual Harassment” in order to provide all of our employees with a work environment free of workplace bullying and sexual harassment.

Employee welfare:
- Remuneration and benefits:
(1) The Company offers competitive level of salary and sets the regulations on profit sharing compensation based on operating profit to share the operating result with our employees.
(2) All employees are enrolled in the national labor insurance and health insurance program. We also provide employees free group insurance (including life insurance, accident insurance, cancer insurance and medical insurance) and discounted group insurance to employees’ family for a more comprehensive health care to employees and their family and improvement of employee welfare.
(3) The Company has established the Employees’ Welfare Committee in accordance with relevant law and appropriated employee welfare fund for employees’ welfare such as employee emergency allowances, wedding/funeral subsidy and travel subsidy.
(4) We provide working mothers a friendly working environment for pregnancy and raising children and offer pregnancy leave, maternity leaves, parental leave without pay or any other support for breastfeeding.
- Employee education and training:
(1) The Company organizes training courses tailoring to the core competencies and professional knowledges required. The Company’s training system consists of: A. training by job level: targeting employees of different job levels, providing training courses in topics of management and general knowledge; B. training by profession: tailoring to different competencies required by different job positions, providing training courses in each profession.
(2) Leading brand for service integration: in order to satisfy customers’ need for one-stop shopping, in addition to the enhancement of professionalism, management skill and core competency, we also strengthen employees ability to integrate service and performance synergy among department. Through the soft skills course and team building events, we will take the advantage of service integration, achieve the goal of lean learning and create a high-quality customer service.
(3) Vital company, flexible management: the average age of the Company is 37.1 years old, and in order for managers working well with these young and change-seeking Y-generation, the Company continues to hold management courses for managers to enhance their leadership while maintaining the prudent but flexible culture.
(4) Development of professional digital experts: In the age of digital convergence, the service personnel at the retail stores are demanded for more knowledge about diverse products. Therefore, the Company continue to provide them trainings in sales and service quality, and more courses in professional knowledge through the e-Learning digital platform, so as to strengthen the retail personnel’s knowledge in 5G and 3C products and enable them to provide professional advice on Smart Home digital products.
(5) Active development of digital course:
Senao International has introduced the digital learning platform for over ten years. In 2023, we provided employees with a newly designed learning platform, and held various courses such as “Information Security Education and Training,” “Healthcare Knowledge,” “New Technology Knowledge,” and “Daily Life Skills.” We optimized the interface from the user’s perspective, and our intuitive layout guides users to learn. Through the lively and friendly operation mode, the introduction of digital learning is easier and faster, enabling the implementation of systems, building of habits, and sharing, inheriting, and managing knowledge.
Retirement System:
The Company has adopted the “Regulations governing employee retirement” in 1996, stipulating the retirement conditions, retirement application, retirement payment standards and disbursement procedures. For employees applicable for Labor Standards Act, the 2% of the monthly salary has been appropriated monthly and deposited in a special account in Taiwan Bank. The Supervisory Committee of Labor Retirement Reserve was established to supervise the legal use of retirement reserve. The Company regularly assigned external actuary to issue the retirement reserve audit report in accordance with the R.O.C. GAAP No.18. Since July 2005, the Labor Pension Act has applied. For employees applying for the Act, 6% of the monthly insurance salary has been appropriated monthly as pension and deposited in the individual labor pension accounts. The employees may also choose to appropriate their pension up to 6% of their own will.
Labor relations:
The Company takes labor relations seriously, and all the internal regulations are in compliance with Labor Standards Act and relevant rules. We also sign the labor contracts with employees to protect employees’ rights. Collaboration between employees and management, efficiency improvement and employees’ welfare. The public internal communication and counseling channels (Chairman’s e-mailbox, Company’s website) are available. Employees can bring up suggestions and feasible plans anytime, and fulfill the responsibility for caring, to establish harmonious labor relations.
Other important matters
- For prevention of workplace sexual harassment and gender equality in employment, the Company has developed and publicly disclosed its measures of prevention and punishments of sexual harassment. It has also stipulated the procedures for sexual harassment complaint and promulgate the written statement of prohibition of sexual harassment in workplace in order to regulate employees’ behaviors at the workplace and maintain a healthy and discrimination-free workplace.
