Senao International Co., Ltd. was established in 1979. We are the largest distributor of mobile handheld devices in Taiwan. Since Chunghwa Telecom became a shareholder in 2007, we have established distribution bases at all of its business locations in Taiwan. In addition, we have set up Chunghwa Telecom contracted service centers (Senao Digital) and customer service centers around Taiwan. Currently, we have more than 200 bases at Chunghwa Telecom business locations, more than 200 contracted service centers, and many Apple and Samsung authorized service repair centers. Adhering to the service spirit of “Omnichannel, Omnipresence, Meticulousness,” Senao International is dedicated to providing professional product consultation and quality after-sales maintenance and repair services to give consumers a more immediate and convenient life experience.

In 2015, we launched the O2O (Online to Offline) integration plan. By combining physical channels and online resources, we opened a self-operated shopping website, “Senaonline,” and started deployment on different large e-commerce platforms, making a seamless interaction between online shopping and physical store operations and providing customers with more diverse shopping options.

In 2020, as the health awareness among consumers became dominating, we introduced the Japanese GMP-certificated life and health supplement brand “sakuyo,” making our product lines extended from mobile phones and tablets to household appliances, health food and other fields.
